Ever since visiting JABLUM in the hills of Kingston, I have been a serious fan of these beans. I have regularly bought the beens at my favorite coffee roaster in Long Beach, CA; Sheldrakes Coffee. As a treat, the owner, Mike actually serves it as his main roast as a treat to his customers on Christmas Eve.
Anyway has anyone here saved a profile they recommend for these beans?

Any suggestions on a starting profile for Blue Mountain.
