Contact Kaffelogic direct, rather than on this forum page. If you can ring the number then that will be the quickest method to get in touch! I submitted an email, and had no response in 4 days, and this was around 2 weeks before Christmas, I called and got the ball rolling from there. I’m now the proud owner of a new Nano 7E as my machine warranted a replacement rather than repair. Goodluck!
