Help! What to do when test fails

#2392

Post by Femelle »

I bought a Nano 1007B/E from someone who said he had done maybe 20 roasts in it and that it all works well. I’ve turned it on and run the (no beans) test suggested in the instructions and I neither get the message “Heat too fast. Please check beans” nor does the machine begin the cool down cycle. I stopped it after 3 minutes by pressing > then -. What do I do now?

I did a factory reset and ran the test again. This time it worked. So it’s all systems go and I can now focus on beans.
