sycing log with Kaffelogic Studio

I just connected my M1 Mac running Kaffelogic Studio (version 6.1.11) with the latest firmware update ( 7.11.4) and the Studio software can't sync the log with the Roaster's log. It says to try resetting the onboard memory--I believe. No idea what that means or what to try here. Suggestions? Thanks
