We do support customers who choose to do work on their roasters and this will not void your warranty. However we prefer to have warranty work carried out by our approved service agents. Please discuss this with customer support who will provide guidance.

Thanks for the reply. I got Support’s email today and as a result I will send it to Eight Ounce Coffee tomorrow.
