finding a bean and a KL profile that has been recommended around your style ( honestly KL classic was a good starting point for me and the preference stated) and hopefully get a GOOD coffee quite quickly.
Roasting feverishly, cross testing etc for weeks and only scoring a max 7 /10 will get tiring real quick.....
don't worry about me burning out - assuming the machine lasts I'll be around for a while
I've been roasting different beans every 2-4 weeks since 2014 on various roasters... and I have an obsessive personality hence why I was so interested in the Kaffelogic
