I used this profile with a batch and will be tasting it tomorrow. The coffee used is a lot of Maracaturra from a farm in Nicaragua; fairly low elevation and density, but I decided on a whim to try the D-Roast for this coffee.
I had previously used the 0-1200m (rest) stock profile at my first go with this coffee, and then saved a separate profile from the default one and made some minor changes to the preheat power and a couple other parameters. Attached is my log from my attempt with the D-Roast profile.
