Best profile for Ethiopian beans

Hello everyone!

What profiles from shared here will be good for Ethiopian beans washed/natural for filter. I drink mainly filter coffee in the light roasting area. So far tested D-Light and liked the results. My green bean batch is 100g.

Have you tried https://kaffelogic.com/community/downlo ... hp?id=1090 which looks pretty good for filters. Although designed for filter I used the profile on Ethiopian Gambella sun-dried beans at L2.4 for espresso (why, I don’t know, but I did) and found bright acid, good mouthfeel, a hint of cocoa at the end. Worked well as a latte too.
