Beta release - v 3.2.1 now available

Version 3.2.1 has a couple of new features.

The changeover from the pop-up development time calculator to a roast phases panel is now complete. This makes viewing development time in logs easier, and also makes it easier to transfer colour change and first crack data to an extracted profile.

There is a new 'merge' feature which makes it easy to combine the roast profile curve from one file with the fan profile curve of another file.

Version 3.2.1 is a release candidate, so apart from bug fixes it intended to go to full release soon. Please let me know any bugs or feedback on the new features.
