Overshooting with Decaf / but taste is just fiine

This is decaf profile I have bit tweaked but not significantly.
100g Colombian Papayan Decaf for 100g in.
I have done few batch level 2.5 , 3.0 with original core and bit tweaked on whcih shown here.

I observed with all of them, it tend to overshoot after FC and finish roast bit earlier.

Taste wise, it is quite good and balanced with level 3.0. With 2.5 has bit more clear/citrus acidity which is refreshing. I guess that all count...
