Thanks for the tip. I have Kubuntu Linux and I used Audiacity to record the sound and the 1C was rather clear to see. This time it wasn't the same batch of Sumatra Mandheling. This one is from 2020 and is a triple picked Blue Batak gr1. I could mark 1C at 9:24 at 207.2 deg C. I stopped at DTR 24% and it became medium dark at 227.1 deg C with L=3.2. Evenly roasted inside the bean. I roasted 110g and the end weight became 91.8g. A relatively high weight loss at around 16,5% I think because of fresher beans. Besides I think it's a good idea to measure the humidity of the green beans. A lighter roast this time and it will be interesting to taste it!
