Low voltage (modified 'Euro' Ninja) (for Europe?)

I developed this profile after having issues with not being able to reach higher temperatures due to sometimes having less than 220V supply.

This is a very lightly modified version of the Ninja profile. Following Chris's recommendation that could probably get away with 92% of the usual fan value, this drops the fan speed earlier and lower, so that it is down to 1240rpm by around the time it gets to 210 degrees. Have found this works very successfully down to as low as 215V.

I should probably say that currently I have been roasting some Nicaraguan beans on 3.5, and super pleased with the results.
