BREWING SESSION TO HAPPEN ON FRIDAY

Good day all

I hope this morning finds you well ?

We would like to do a brewing / tasting session on Friday am at 11 .

Any brewing method you would like to use with the following roast profile .

I would advise that the coffee is rested for 4 hours minimum before sealing it . We are trying to reduce the CO2 effect by Friday .

Please try and use a brewing ratio and let's record this per batch we do .
Example : 1:2 ratio for espresso / 1: 15 ratio for pourover / 1:10 ratio for Aeropress

Please find the attached picture below .. This has the altitude of coffee growth and the general origins listed next to it . Let's use the : 1500 - 2000 Altitude Roast Profile .

The batch size to use for the roasting is 100g

The reasoning for this is , we have a lot of those coffees already .

If you know your coffee is falls out of this , please use the 1200 - 1500 Altitude profile .

WE WILL BE TASTING WITH THE 1500 - 2000 ON FRIDAY

If you are tasting another profile ... We still want to hear your findings.

In the profile , the default will be set on Medium Roast , Please go into the profiles "about this file " and choose the lighter or darker roasting recommended end .

Have fun and its going to be a great tasting . REMEMBER YOUR GRIND SIZE MATTERS

Too fine = shorter time and extraction of intensity and possible bitterness
Too course = longer time and body and clarity
